Issue descriptionSteps to reproduce the problem: 1. open url: http://3g.163.com/touch/ 2. scroll up the page 3. scroll down the page What is the expected behavior? can scroll down What went wrong? can't scroll down Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 61.0.3163.51 Channel: beta OS Version: Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0 It works well on 60.0.3112.107.

This is broken because of the ScrollLeftTopInterop being enabled. See https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/d/msg/blink-dev/2iOz5-fgD8Y/GO7qLkg4BwAJ There is some code that is unconditionally checking the body scrollTop position in: slidedownRefresh (in http://img2.cache.netease.com/f2e/wap/touch_index_2016/trunk/js/newaplib.vQmWO2LyAPJi.3.js) This is broken in FireFox mobile as well so the web author will need to fix it and fixing it is good for the web as it should work in FireFox as well.

Thanks for your reply. As you said, this is broken because of the ScrollLeftTopInterop being enabled, but the ScrollLeftTopInterop had been removed from 61.0.3163.51.
