Issue descriptionApp Version: 62.0.3198.0 canary iOS Version: 10.3.5,IOS 11 beta 7 Device : iPhone,iPad Precondition : 1- Have 2 to 3 accounts in SSO. 2- Enable Voice over from device settings. Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome. 2. Tap on Menu > Settings > Sign in to chrome 3. Select any account. 4. Scroll the cursor on “Chrome Sync” and “Personalize google services” Observed results: Button text is read st the end. Expected results: Button should not be read for the text.
