Regression:Black line patch is seen in Application section of Devtools page.

Chrome Version:62.0.3198.0/9887.0.0 dev-channel Daisy,Minnie
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Launch Chrome,Open Devtools ->goto Application section
(2)Click on 'Clear Storage'and Observe near 'Clear site data' button(kindly refer video)

Actual: Black line patch is seen
Expected:No such black patches should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 62.0.3195.0/9874.0.0 dev channel Daisy

Note:Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS

Any update on this bug? We are going for a stable RC next week and this is marked as a blocker.

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
Unable to reproduce, likely caused by some short-lived regression in the browser engine.
