Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch chrome and open an incognito tab
2. Load cnn.com and let the page load completely
3. Open another incognito tab
4. Swipe on omnibox partly and release 

Observed results:
Notice the background color of omnibox changes to grey from black

Expected results:
New Incognito tab should display black omnibox background with gray Omnibox
After loading any url in incognito, dark gray omnibox background with gray omnibox should displayed
