Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download any file
2. The bar starts downloading and then it disappears specifically in lower data speeds
3. The downloading file keeps going and going and download could not persued

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
During downloading of a file in lower speeds it shows downloading in notification bar anf then it goes and this repeats infinite number of times.
No one can use it for downloading unless he has a 4g connection.

Try to fix it.. this is the main reason people shift to other chinese browsers such as uc browser for downloading.
