1. have a lot of notifications
2. clear them
3. Browser and OS crashes.

What is the expected behavior?
The system crashes and the UI reboots. The expected behavior should be: notifications clear the that's it.

What went wrong?
Clearing notifications crashes the whole browser and the system goes dark and resets.
