loading.mobile failing on Android Nexus7v2 Perf

loading.mobile failing on 2 builders

It looks like the recording is bad on the device? Or something? The screenshot (https://console.developers.google.com/m/cloudstorage/b/chrome-telemetry-output/o/profiler-file-id_11-2017-08-28_15-48-3931679.png) looks ok, but the page fails somehow. I'm wondering if its possible this has something to do with the wprgo migration? I've been out for a week so still catching up on things.

It looks like it went from flakily failing every now and then to consistent failures around that time:

The Facebook story is timing out while waiting 180s for HasReachedQuiescence.

We saw this before ( bug 736877 ) and re-recording the story seemed to have fixed the issue, but looks like it started happening again after the wprgo migration...

Let's disable Facebook story on Nexus7v2 until we figure out and fix the issue.
