What steps will reproduce the problem?
I don't have clear repro steps, but Erik has reported seeing this on Code Search as well. I was just browsing some code and saw this happen.

What is the expected result?
Normally rendered web page.

What happens instead?
The first screen shot was what happened after I scrolled down in the code file. The second two are after I started selecting text on the page.
