Summary: RenderWidgetHostViewAuraTest.Resize flaked in content_unittests (was: RenderWidgetHostViewAuraTest.Resize flaked in content_unittests on Fuchsia)
I believe this is generally a flaky test. I'm getting failures in CQ because of it even on non Fuchsia. Proposing to disable the flaky test in https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/726002

Disable RenderWidgetHostViewAuraTest.Resize due to flakiness

The tsan bot will always fail with this change when I add a
base::RunLooop::WaitUntilIdle in another change in the
RenderWidgetHostViewAuraTest (for mojo purposes).

It appears this test is just flaky so disable it.
