App crashes on tapping Bookmarks option after force quitting |

Issue descriptionApp Version: 62.0.3198.0 canary iOS Version: 11 beta 7 only Device: iPhone 6 plus only URL: Chrome settings -- Bookmarks Precondition: Go to chrome://flags --> Bookmark New Generation iOS : Enabled Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome canary. 2. Force quit the app and immediately go to Menu --> Tap on Bookmarks. Observed results: App crashes Note: Works fine if bookmarks are opened couple of seconds later after force quitting. This is not reproducible on 63.0.3207.0 canary build, on iOS11 beta iPhone 5s. There is a good chance this was fixed as a side effect of one of the other CLs. vbarigela@ Could you try reproducing this on 6 plus ? We don't have 6+ device with us.

Checked on latest chrome canary version 63.0.3208.0 on iPhone 6 plus with iOS 11 beta 9. No crashes observed. Looks good. Thanks!

Generally speaking, we use WontFix as status (not Fixed) for bugs that have just "gone away" without us doing anything or we are unable to pinpoint what change (e.g. CL) fixed the problem. |
