Table-Select ALL not working in Chrome 58.x/59.x Version with Windows10 OS

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Use dojo table with Select-ALL option
2. Try to check Select-All checkbox
3. Select All not happening, checkbox is not getting selected

What is the expected behavior?
When we check the Select-All checkbox, the Select All should get checked.

What went wrong?
Select-All checkbox not working, it is not getting selected

OS Version: 10.0

Tested the issue on windows 10 and mac os 10.12.6 using chrome M60 #60.0.3112.113 and M62 #62.0.3199.0 and the reported version M59 #59.0.3071.115 and issue is not reproduced.

Opened the given url in chrome and checked on the table select all and all the rows got selected.

@karan.uma-- Could you please update your chrome to latest stable #60.0.3112.113 and try in a fresh chrome profile without any extensions and flags enabled and help us with the screencast of the repro steps for better understanding.

Rechecked this issue on Windows 10, Mac 10.12.6, Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome version 61.0.3163.100 and unable to reproduce it. Screen shot attached. Closing the issue as did not hear back from users again. Please feel free to raise a new issue if it still persists.
