FR: Add a Cast icon to the media notification |

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 62.0.3196.0 OS: Android What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Go to https://punchline.bandcamp.com/track/battlescars-acoustic (2) Click the "play" audio custom control (3) Make sure a Chromecast is connected to my house WiFi (4) Check out media notification to listen to that music in the house What is the expected result? I should be able to cast it from the media notification. What happens instead? I can't cast it.
