Battery drainage / loading Issues

THIS TEMPLATE IS FOR FILING BUGS ON THE ANDROID SYSTEM WEBVIEW. GENERAL WEB
BUGS SHOULD BE FILED USING A DIFFERENT TEMPLATE!

Device name: PLK-L01
Android version: 6.0
WebView version (from system settings -> Apps -> Android System WebView): 61.0.3163.60
Application:
Application version:

URLs (if applicable):



Steps to reproduce:
(1) loading device 
(2) 
(3)

Expected result: loads every minute 1%


Actual result: loads but every hour 1% is gone, - delay starts at ~77% 

Before a certain %/time it loads fine, but then with delay. 

Note: Other users report this issues too, in GPLAY Store. Problem is bring with this version it seems

there is not much information for us to act here. We can help some if you can give us details such as:

1. the battery consumption increased after some specific release
2. the battery consumption becomes excessive if you use webview in some particular way
etc
