Regression:Weird patch is seen near 'Options' field of Print preview page when window is in minimized mode

Chrome Version:62.0.3197.0/9885.0.0 dev-channel Reks,Candy,Peppy
OS:Chrome OS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Sign into user ->Take a sample screenshot->Open with Gallery->Click on Print button(Window should be in minimized mode)
(2)In Print preview page, Click on 'More settings' link ->Scroll down the page and Observe near 'Options'

Actual:Weird patch is seen near 'Options'
Expected:No such weird patches should be seen

This is a Regression issue as same is working fine in 62.0.3195.0/9876.0.0 dev

Note: Issue is not seen in Windows,Linux OS
