When we download anything in google chrome browser suddenly windows will shut down due to low battery or any other the downloading will be in resume mode

Can you please explain, step-by-step, what issue you're encountering? If a download is interrupted (e.g. due to a disconnection from the network), it is expected that the download is paused and may be available to resume when the problem is cleared.
