Installed 62.0.3196.0 and didn't encounter any freeze or page rendering issue on Windows-10. Is there any specific URL where the page is not rendering correctly.

@reporter: Does this hang result in crashing of the tab/browser? If yes, then please go to chrome://crashes and attach any crash id. Also, please check if the issue is resolved on the latest canary or not?

I forgot to add that the 6080.0.3112.113 version chrome also has the same bug, and my browser has never crashed yet, so there is no crash report, plus the page "render" is not an URL specific bug.

Thanks for the update, per C#2 this looks to be happening on Stable: 60.0.3112.113 as well.

Could you check by disabling/uninstalling any recent installation on your system which probably could be causing conflicts here. You can use Chrome Cleanup Tool to find and remove unwanted softwares. Same can be downloaded from here https://www.google.com/chrome/cleanup-tool/

Rechecked the issue on latest stable 61.0.3163.100 and on latest canary 63.0.3236.0 on Windows 10 with the mentioned steps in comment#0. Unable to reproduce the issue.

Due to lack of user feedback closing this issue.
Please feel free to raise a new issue if you face any issue on chrome further.

Thanks..!!
