Security: Browser extension fails to spoof IP address

I have seen some website is banned in India. In this case we use Browsec extension and change our country then I can use same website on same PC.
When I search what is my IP then chrome confused to provide my correct IP address.

Google Chrome itself does not make any proxy extensions that change the local from which your traffic originates. You'll need to take this issue up with the maker of any such extension if you hope it will behave differently.
