Audit StrictMode relaxations during startup |

Issue descriptionWe have many of them in the codebase, and we're probably hitting some during startup, which is slow on 512 Android Go devices. Find out how much time we're (silently) spending in those relaxed blocks. One way to do that is to simply comment out all relaxation and examine log of a startup.

From my startup investigations I can't remember anything related to this hypothesis. I.e. we have much more actionable things on our plate. |
