Issue descriptionrepro steps (on android o, stable chrome m60): 1) navigate to https://httpbin.org/basic-auth/u/p 2) log in with username u password p 3) chrome offers to save the password in yolo, accept the offer 4) stop chrome 5) re-open chrome and navigate to the URL from 1) again 6) notice that the username and password is already filled expected results: page loads, nothing else actual results: there's now a prompt that offers to save the password in "Formulare von Google ausfüllen lassen" (German for "store passwords in 'let Google fill-in forms'" - I guess that's just a poor translation of the new android autofill feature?)

Tested the issue using #60.0.3112.107 on Android 8 (o) Nexus 6P HUAWEI and was able to reproduce the issue as per the steps mentioned in comment #0. Observed the same behavior since M58. Selim is right, it you want to disable automatic autofill, you could mark the root view of that activity as android:importantForAutofill=noExcludeDescendants
