Enable Finch Trial Test for MacV2Sandbox.

kerrnel: I'm marking this bug WontFix since you reverted the CL, but it's another performance regression to be aware of for MacV2Sandbox.

I'm moving some of the regressions into a new bug ( bug 767684 ). On the ones that are left, you can see clearly that the graph improves at the revert of enabling v2 sandbox. There are definitely multiple performance regressions happening at the same time, as some of these don't come all the way back down with the revert. To make it easier, I only moved the ones that don't budge on the revert into  bug 767684 . That way hopefully it won't bisect back to MacV2Sandbox again.
