michaelpg: the only CL in the range is r495687: "Move chrome.feedbackPrivate to extensions", is a 483kib change to mini_installer.exe size expected?

Actually, cc-ing Windows sizes owner grt: does the graph look right?  Issue 758964  and  issue 758965  don't look like the right culprit is showing on the graph.

What is mini_installer.exe? Should it include the ability to send feedback (Report an Issue)?

This seems like the same as  issue 758964 , but on the 64-bit bot. Again, no change in chrome.dll or chrome_child.dll, yet mini_installer.exe grew. I'll see what I can see.

Calling this a dup since I bet it's also the CDM roll.
