I can't add new style element when inspect Samsung tablet but can add new style element when inspect web page

I can't add  new style element  when inspect Samsung tablet but can add new style element when inspect web page

Did this work before? Yes before 	60.0.3112.101 (Official Build)

For workaround i'm using copy and paste to add some new style, this is annoying

What is the target browser version? chrome://version in corresponding mobile browsers?
