Truncated long property value in devtools Styles sub-panel

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open the attached test html
2. right-click the green shape and choose Inspect
3. in devtools Styles sub-panel click url(data:image/svg+xml
4. copy via Ctrl-C or Cmd-C and paste it somewhere

What is the expected behavior?
The pasted value is complete and ends with 2Fsvg%3E")

What went wrong?
The pasted value is truncated and ends with 20-209.000000)

Did this work before? Yes 40.0.2194.0

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Bisect info: 300373 (good) - 300381 (bad)
NOTE: There is a Blink roll in the range, you might also want to do a Blink bisect.

In the suspected webkit roll the likely cause is https://crrev.com/645163004

Tested on Chrome Stable #60.0.3112.113, Canary #62.0.3197.0 on Windows 7,Ubuntu 14.04, Mac 10.12.6 and able to reproduce the issue. 

This is a non-regression issue and able to reproduce from M-45 #45.0.2454.85. Marking it as untriaged so that issue gets addressed.

Any hope for devs ever fix that?

It was broken for 3 years and reported just a few months ago.
Developers are busy you know.
Give it another 3 years or find someone who's willing to submit a patch :-)
