DSL routers moved to a different location

DSL routers were moved to a different location and the requests to the rpm are failling. To prevent chaos lab tests from trying to turn on/off the routers we need to comment their configurations until we know the new location.

Remove dsl routers from configuration file.

DSL routers were moved to a different location but the configurations
were not removed. This caused tests trying to turn those routers on and
off and failing.
