Content of element with large line-height shifted on print

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open the attached test case
2. Print the page

What is the expected behavior?
The content (a letter '1') should be inside a red rectangle

What went wrong?
The letter '1' is shifted downwards outside the red rectangle.

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.12.6

Able to reproduce this issue on Windows-10, Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac OS 10.12.6 using chrome latest stable #60.0.3112.101 by following steps mentioned in the original comment. Observed 1 is shifted downwards and outside the red rectangle.

Able to reproduce this issue on older version of chrome #45.0.2454.101 as well, Hence marking it as untriaged.
