Audio not playing

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.78 Safari/537.36 OPR/47.0.2631.55

Example URL:
http://24.107.26.102:8000

Steps to reproduce the problem:

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
On IP I have auto player should start by it self
On website is manual.

Did this work before? Yes 

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? Both

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.78  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

ziskoshow@ Thanks for the issue.

Unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.12.6 with latest stable 61.0.3163.79 and Canary 63.0.3207.0 with the below steps.

1. Launched Chrome and clicked on the above given URL - http://24.107.26.102:8000
2. Able to play the audio automatically once we click on the file and no issues are observed.

Request you to please retry the issue on a fresh chrome profile without any flags/extensions and update the thread if issue still exists.

On Chrome no problem only on Opera is problem.
