[BayTrail] Screen keeps glitching. The UI is glitchy, as in moving around and doing strange things.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Sign in to account
2. Wait about less than a minute and do something

What is the expected behavior?
It's not supposed to glitch

What went wrong?
Everything is glitching

Did this work before? Yes 

Chrome version: 61.0.3163.51  Channel: beta
OS Version: 9765.31.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Can't use Chromebook that well

Having the same issue on 

Platform
9765.31.0 (Official Build) beta-channel swanky
Firmware
Google_Swanky.5216.238.5

Normally happens within 20 minutes of reboot.

The only other variable that has been changes is setting a schedule for Night Light (which doesn't seem to work anyway).

This makes my computer unusable until reboot.

I'm having the same issue on:

Platform
9765.31.0 (Official Build) beta-channel squawks
Firmware
Google_Squawks.5216.152.76

I can't figure out what triggers the glitchy screen, but once it starts to glitch, I have to reboot before it is usable again.

Same problem here on my Toshiba chromebook 2 (Swanky). Tearing and flickering, partial overlay of main window by wallpaper image.

Have to reboot to restore screen. Usually occurs within 20 minutes of use.

Don't know if it's related, but closing the lid makes the screen freeze, and unable to wake up laptop. Only option is to reboot.
