Local tryjobs now go through cbuildbot_launch, and could reasonably enable git-cache, which would speed up their sync process substantially.

The easiest solution is probably to have cbuildbot_launch use a default git_cache directory of BUILDROOT/git_cache. This would be the same directory that holds ".cbuildbot_launch_state".
