Could you please let us know are you seeing the autofill options even after disabling it? If it's not please  navigate to chrome://settings/autofill and disable the option not to see the credit card details in the autofill form.

After checking please update this bug if this issue got resolved or not?

Hi - you do not understand. I know that it can be turned off by disabling
all autofill. I am asking you to sever credit card information from
password/other information in autofill.

Hi I think I can help you.

There is currently no way to disable credit card autofill vs address autofill but there are some things you can do. 

1- Delete all you credit card data in Chrome. If you go to the advanced settings of by going to this URL: chrome://settings/autofill You can delete the locally saved credit card in Chrome.

2- To stop using the Server Cards from Google payment, you can go to the advanced Sync settings in the menu or with this URL: chrome://settings/syncSetup From there you can disable the option called "Credit Card and Addresses Using Google Payment".

Hi, it doesn't. The card that is used for google payment cannot be deleted
from autofill.

If you follow the step 2 in my previous comment, it should stop your Google Payment Card from syncing down in chrome.

Working as intended. Found a way to resolve the user's issues in the settings.
