CPU at 100% while in hangout

Chrome Version       : 62.0.3192.0

CPU fan was at maximum strength while in a hangout. Checking Chrome's task manager showed the hangout tab was at 100% the whole time. I would expect some CPU usage during a VC but I don't remember the fans ever being so aggressive.

I took a trace (attached). It looks like WebRTC has 4 threads that are all saturated.
