What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Vertical ... menu.
2. Cast
3. Select Source --> Cast desktop
4. Choose device --> Select anything
5. See a "Share your screen" popup. Choose any screen. I have "Share audio" checked. Then hit the [Share] button.

What is the expected result?

I expect that audio is cast to my chromecast audio or my Google Home. (These are the two devices I have.)

What happens instead of that?

I get a toast message thing immediately that says "Failed to cast. Please try again."

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

I have 2 monitors. I dunno if that makes a difference. I've also tried unchecking the "Share Audio" checkbox. (Though I'm not sure what sharing screen only to audio-only devices means.) That also results in the same behavior.

I've tried using incognito mode --> same behavior.

I can cast individual tabs successfully. Just not the entire desktop.
