I asked that customer tries this with another camera to see if it follows the box or camera.

Customer confirmed that the issue is related to the camera. They replaced it to some other model and it is working fine. They are currently using another webcam as workaround. It is not clear however if it is just one flawed camera or this model is not completely supported. I'll advise them to try another C920 with the chromebox to see if it is a common issue

More input from the customer: Customer confirms that issue still exists even after trying another camera of the same model customer insists that - All cameras were working fine until after a ChromeOS update - Even after reverting the OS upgrade; issue persisted, - Customer thought that this is not a camera firmware issue, as if that was the case it would have never worked. - He thinks it could be USB firmware issue on the Chromeboxes themselves choonc@, katierh@, can you please take a look?
