Launch Webview Browser > Navigate to this link > Wait for the URL to completely load. 2. Scroll down and tap on "Read more" > Scroll down and go to the comments section. 3. Tap on the drop down with Flag symbol > Observe. Frequency : 3/3 This is a regression issue broken in 'M-61' and below is the bisect range. Good build: 61.0.3137.0 Bad build : 61.0.3138.0 Bisect Range: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/61.0.3137.0..61.0.3138.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Actual result: The drop down appears chopped on the left. Expected result: The drop down should be completely visible.

Occurs in Chrome 61 as well; not just webview. Contacted mike@livefyre.com hopefully I'll get someone who knows what I'm talking about.

If this change has been well communicated and that major sites/apps have fixed their code, please remove blocker label dtapuska@, thanks. There will probably still be a number of "bug" reports after this goes to stable. Do we know if this is somehow more heavily impacting apps that use webview? Since so many apps use webview, it could be a problem if app developers are not aware of this.
