Find box get chopped after resizing window from RHS

Issue description

Chrome Version: 62.0.3194.0 c14400a94cb4f43e0e9b02e59e93cf5a082c6408-refs/heads/master@{#496533}
OS: Mac(10.11.6, 10.12.3, 10.12.5)

What step will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://version and press cmd+f for find box
2. Open NTP and resize window from RHS
3. Go to chrome://version tab and observe find box

Actual: Find box get chopped after resizing window from RHS
Expected: Find box should not get chopped after resizing window from RHS

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-45 

Note: Issue is not observed on Windows and Linux OS

There's a redesign planned in  Issue 673589  which will change how this is plumbed through (likely a bubble window rather than a NSView). This has been around for long enough that it might not be worth fixing before that.

I can't repro this in Cocoa or Views; I think even if it's an issue in Cocoa, it's low priority enough that we don't need to wait until we delete Cocoa code to close this. Please reopen if it's possible to reproduce this in Views.
