Regression: Unnecessary avatar icon shift upwards on opening the NTP.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build)95c454326a7a3153e984e50a4719924968490717-refs/branch-heads/3112@{#744} 32/64-bit. OS: Windows-10 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and restore down the browser. 2. Open 3-4 NTP and observe the avatar icon at top rt. corner. (Refer video). Unnecessary avatar icon slightly shift upwards. Avatar icon should not shift upwards. This is a windows-10 specific regression issue, broken in M-60 series, below is manual regression range. Good build: 60.0.3097.0 Bad build: 60.0.3098.0 Note: This issue is not seen on Windows(7,8,8.1), Mac and Linux OS. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

That's expected; the avatar button is shrinking to get out of the way of the new-tab button. We'll keep in mind that it might look strange as we revisit it. |
