Issue descriptionVersion: 60.0.3112.113 95c454326a7a3153e984e50a4719924968490717-refs/branch-heads/3112@{#744} OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, go to 'Guest' mode and open devtools 2. Now go to 'Application' section and expand 'top' option under frames and then expand 'Fonts' and select first option. 3. Now press 'Esc' key to open console drawer and drag it upwards and observe Actual: Overlapping of text is seen after dragging console drawer upwards. Expected: Overlapping of text should not be seen after dragging console drawer upwards. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-50 series as 'Font' option in Application section appears from build # 50.0.2661.86 Kindly review the attached video for reference.
