Cursor Missing in Desktop Capture Stream

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_12_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a desktopCapture video stream
2. Record via the MediaRecorder
3. Notice video without cursor

What is the expected behavior?
The cursor should appear in the output video

What went wrong?
The cursor is missing. This is an example video from one of our users:

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: Windows 10
Flash Version: 

It seems to work for most of our users. This is the first instance of one of our users complaining about this in a long time. His setup:

I’m running Version 60.0.3112.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)
It’s a custom build desktop
Monitors Benq
Tower: Asus
Operating system: Windows 10

Sounds like the issue has been solved by the customer already, right?

Generally, the frame sent to mediaRecorder is same as the frame sent to local preview and remote user in shared desktop capture stream. So when the problem happens, there should be no cursor at remote side too?

@anatolid we have not been getting any other complaints regarding this. Might be ok to close at this point and I can re-open if we start seeing it again.
