`git-map-branches -v / -vv` output doesn't match documentation.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run `git-map-branches -v`

What is the expected result?
The output matches the documentation.

What happens instead?
The output doesn't match the documentation.

`git-map-branches -vv` *does* match what the documentation says.

Also, the documentation mentions only "Rietveld".
