What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.put chromebook in Tablet mode
2.remove pen and start writing on screen
3.

What is the expected result? The pen is the input not the on screen keyboard.  


What happens instead of that?The on screen keyboard pops up every time the cursor is at a text input point on the screen.


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

We would like the chromebook to recognize that the pen is in use and disable the on screen keyboard when in tablet mode.
