Now that  issue 626202  has been fixed, we should take some time to look at the size of saved WebView states again, because the reduced frame names should hopefully have reduced the size significantly.

If the state bundle is now much smaller in typical scenarios then we likely have reduced the application crash rate significantly as a result (since this was a very common crash) and we should try to verify this :)

Tim, if I remember correctly you looked at the state saving issue before; would you be able to take another look to check if the fix for  issue 626202  has reduced the size a lot?
