Is the problem that you're not seeing any android bots with this test? Kinda looks like it was re-enabled somewhat recently, but hasn't passed a run since it was: https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/617364 There are desktop bots running the test: https://chromeperf.appspot.com/report?sid=e5f7a829026599e8c623c72cdaed8bacf95dcb3dba15faff1c5289f65e5ce9b7

Right, I didn't see any android bots with this test on perf dashboard. Should this be disabled on Android again?

One possibility is that if it was disabled long enough ago, it may have been deleted by the dashboard's periodic cleanups. And if no new runs succeed since it was re-enabled, it wouldn't show up.

Yes... yes it should. https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/617364/10/tools/perf/benchmarks/startup.py#83 That accidently re-enabled it.
