Ooyala Video Players fails to show video or audio and playback

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_13_0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Register for free
2. Play video

What is the expected behavior?
Video plays back with video and audio

What went wrong?
Video screen appears black and no video or audio.

Did this work before? Yes This version but on an older version of OSX

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? N/A

Does this work in other browsers? Yes

Chrome version: 60.0.3112.101  Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.13.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 26.0 r0

Contents of chrome://gpu: 
Works in Safari, not working in Firefox.

Unable to reproduce the issue in MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014), 10.12.6 using chrome reported version #60.0.3112.101 and latest canary #62.0.3194.0.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Navigated to URL: https://player.arsenal.com/video/u-18s-arsenal-1-0-aston-villa-highlights.
2. Registered into the site.
3. Played video.
4. Observed that video played back with video and audio as expected.

Attaching screen cast for reference.

The mac with OS version 10.13.0 is not available with TE-India team to test the issue. Hence, adding label TE-NeedsTriageFromMTV for further investigation on this issue.

I can confirm it works on older versions of OSX. This issue is only relevant to the imminent release of 10.13 High Sierra.

Able to reproduce the issue on the latest canary(62.0.3199.0) and on the older chrome version: 50.0.2624.0 on Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra. Video doesn't play and no audio is heard. Similar behavior is seen on Firefox as well. Safari works fine.


Marking this Untriaged and as Non-regression High Sierra specific issue.
Hi there, I chased Ooyala for a resolution too.

It looks like the latest version of their player

Resolves the issue. I have tested this and can confirm that video and audio is now playing back.
