Google API Console Scrolling issue

Hello Team,

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
  Page scrolling is not working properly on Google API Console.If I click on google map api > click on create credential > API Key > Android app > Add packagename and fingerprint - then page show scroll that is not working properly.If I want to scroll below to click create button it go top of page automatically. 

   Please solve this bug. Please find attachment for screenshot.

VERSION
  Chrome Version: [60.0.3112.101] + [Official Build]
Operating System: [Windows 8.1,Version 6.3, and service pack 1]
