Regression: Highlight is not seen properly on 2 times tab on 'Cancel' button in Rename overlay (Google Drive)

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 61.0.3163.59 9577e0b56f9184a32f33705fabfc6bf5c2d1d4a3-refs/branch-heads/3163@{#773} OS: Windows (7,8,10),Mac OS X(10.11.6,10.12.3). What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch Chrome, navigate to https://drive.google.com/drive/ and Login with correct credentials (2)Right click on any PDF or excel spreadsheet and click on 'Rename...' (Rename overlay appears) (3)Press tab 2 times and observe 'Cancel' button Actual: Highlight is not seen properly on 2 times tab on 'Cancel' button Expected: Highlight should seen properly on 2 times tab on 'Cancel' button This is regression issue broken in 'M-57' and will soon update the bisect info: Good Build: 57.0.2972.0 Bad Build: 57.0.2973.0 Note: Issue is not seen on Linux OS

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results, Good build:57.0.2972.0(Revision:489161). Bad build:57.0.2973.0(Revision:489499). You are probably looking for a change made after 441591 (known good), but no later than 441592 (first known bad). Apparently we are not sizing the mask correctly, or maybe this is a real-world case of https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=756265 Not a P1 given that it is barely noticeable and not affecting functionality.
