Non-regression: Localization is not applied for some texts on chrome://settings/fonts page.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.59 (Official Build)9577e0b56f9184a32f33705fabfc6bf5c2d1d4a3-refs/branch-heads/3163@{#773} 32/64-bit.
OS: Windows(7,8,10).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, change browser language to Hindi from chrome://settings/languages
2. Now, navigate to chrome://settings/fonts page and observe the texts.

Localization is not applied for some texts.
Localization should be applied for all the texts.

This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-52 series.

Note: This issue is not seen on Mac and Linux OS.

Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
As this being a Non-Regression issue, changing the status to Untriaged so that the issue would get addressed.

This is now fixed in the translation and we are just waiting for it to be pushed to the live version.
