Steps to reproduce:
  1. Launch chrome and sign in to chrome.
  2. Long tap on any most visited tiles.
  3. Send the chrome beta to background.
  4. Add a new account A from SSO or chrome canary.
  5. Relaunch chrome beta .
  6. Tap on Settings in account selections screen.
  7. Tap on Done to dismiss the settings screen 

Observed results:
Context menu is misaligned.

Expected results:
Context menu should be placed properly.
