Issue descriptionApp Version: 61.0.3163.60 beta iOS Version: 10.3.5 Device : iPhone5,6,6s+ Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch chrome and sign in to chrome. 2. Long tap on any most visited tiles. 3. Send the chrome beta to background. 4. Add a new account A from SSO or chrome canary. 5. Relaunch chrome beta . 6. Tap on Settings in account selections screen. 7. Tap on Done to dismiss the settings screen Observed results: Context menu is misaligned. Expected results: Context menu should be placed properly. I guess it is sign-in and new tab at the same time, but I will look at it.

The problem seems to be more with NTP menu not being dismissed when Chrome is relaunched. Is this still happening in M69 or after ? |
