Non-Regression: Lengthy name is seen in the context menu on Google search page

Chrome Version: 61.0.3163.59
OS:Ubuntu 14.04 , Win

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>> Add new person>>Edit person name(replace it with lengthy name)
(2)Go to NTP>>Images>>search with any word
(3)Now right click on the image and observe the "Open link as" from the context menu

Expected
If the person name is lengthy, the name should be followed by ... 
instead of showing a lengthy name

Actual
The lengthy name is seen in context menu

This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-46

Able to reproduce the issue on mac 10.12.6 using latest chrome version #62.0.3194.0.
