Remove mDNS IP Resolution from Chrome for Printers

Project Member Reported by skau@chromium.org, Aug 22 2017

Issue description

mDNS hostname resolution is not available in CrOS right now. We needed this to support zeroconf printers so we implemented it ourselves. It's not ideal to maintain this data in Chrome. When CUPS can resolve these addresses, clean up our code.

I took a look at crbug.com/626377 and it seems that there have been quite a few releases of nss-mdns made by agoode@.

Are we at a point where we can revisit this?

Doesn't look like there's any movement on the chromeOS side to integrate an appropriate build of nss-mdns. So nothing to do here right now.
Assuming commit ead92f55c446e7ac1f3ffc93dedcef8a229be9bc sticks, you should be good to go.
