Issue descriptionChrome Version: 60.0.3112.101 OS Version: Ubuntu 14.04 Other browsers tested: N/A What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Trigger a file picker dialog 2. Cancel out of it What happens instead of that? Tab freezes, entire window containing the tab stops responding (although all other Chrome windows work fine). I have to force quit Chrome to fix the problem. Reproduces 100% (will grab a screen record shortly) UserAgentString: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/60.0.3112.101 Safari/537.36

twellington@, thank you for the report. Do you see any crash ids# under chrome://crashes? If not would be possible to run chrome://tracing (https://www.chromium.org/developers/how-tos/submitting-a-performance-bug) when the issue happens?
