Replace lspci with 'lspci -vvvv -xxxx' in feedback reports

Recent dogfood complaints / feedback reports about wifi 
are root caused to "wifi card is not detected over pci (possibly by coreboot)" at boot-time. Further debugging requires having detailed lspci output, which feedback reports don't contain.
